Entrepreneurs

The Pecan Commons Energy Challenge
Entrepreneurs helping neighborhoods live better, more efficiently.

You know Texans use significantly more electricity per person than the US national average and that this energy use has implications on our air and water quality, our health, our economy, and our quality of life.

The Energy Challenge
For 30 days in the summer of 2010,  Central Texas neighborhoods will compete on being as energy efficient as possible.  With the help of entrepreneurs like you, they will enhance their lifestyles to take take energy use into consideration in their day to day living.

Working with energy efficiency experts who will coach the teams to live more efficiently, entrepreneurs like you will provide goods and services to help neighborhoods reach their goals.

We'll follow the teams on YouTube.

Not deprivation.  Smarter use.

The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to be on camera as you show neighborhoods how to use your product or service.  We'll also give you a web page on our website for you to tell the world about your product or service.

Sponsor
Sponsorship opportunities will also be available for this unique event so that you can participate at a deeper level.
